Coming out can be a frightening, lonely and life changing experience that can also be exhilarating, liberating and exciting if you have the right support to be who you really are. These eight week groups are for those seeking to understand their sexuality and its implications for their life choices at any stage of the coming out process.
Topics of discussion will include dealing with friends and family, Coming Out at work, when to stay in the closet, homophobia, finding “community”, dating and building committed relationships.
